This piece was selected for the “On Neutral Ground” Exhibition, a juried exhibition hosted by Vestige Concept Gallery in Pittsburgh, PA on June 4-July 1, 2022.

It was also selected for “Art at the Avenue” Exhibition, a juried exhibition hosted by South Cobb Arts Alliance in Marietta, GA on August 27 - September 17, 2022.

“Around the Next Corner” evolved very organically—I had no plan or palette in mind for this piece, and it kind-of happened accidentally. As I covered up one “mistake” after another, threw a drippy, swirly temper-tantrum, and intuitively grabbed collage pieces, this work came into focus and I fell in love with it!

24x30” acrylic and collage (fabric and paper) on gallery-wrapped canvas, sealed with gloss varnish. Sides are painted and hanging hardware is installed on the back.
